Returns and Exchanges
All products sold and distributed by Sealed Secrets Body Butter are FINAL sale. Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. Please choose carefully.
Our products are natural and handmade, therefore, you may experience slight changes in color and/or texture amongst each batch. If this occurs, please understand that the product is fine and safe to use.
If there is an error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of your package at sealedsecretsbb@gmail.com.
Shipping Policy
All of our body butters are handmade. Orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. Upon the completion of processing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking details. All orders will be shipped via UPS. Estimated shipping time is typically 3-5 business days excluding holidays and weekends.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Store Pick Up Policy
Orders are processed and ready for pick up within 7-14 business days. Upon the completion of processing your order, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know that your order is ready. Pick up days are Wednesdays 5-7 and Fridays 5-7. Your order MUST be picked up on or before the second Friday after receiving notification that your order is ready. If it is not picked up by the second Friday, then your order will be cancelled and refunded, but you will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

Sealed Secrets Body Butter is NOT responsible for the following:
- Stolen packages. If you received notification that your package has been delivered but you did not receive the package, we recommend that you try reaching out to UPS to see if there was a dilemma in their system.
- Delayed delivery dates. Once the package is shipped and your email confirmation has been sent, we have no control over delivery. If you are experiencing a delay, please reach out to UPS with your tracking information.
- Orders that are returned to sender because of incorrect address. Customers are responsible for paying the reshipping fee or will receive a store credit with value of the product(s) only.
- Products melting in transit. During warmer months it is highly recommended that your product is delivered to a location indoors. Hot temperatures will cause your body butter it to melt. Once the product sits in a colder environment for a while, the texture will harden again.
